They will not show up on the website, nor any other device. I have been with customer service many times. I even was (mistakenly?) sent a "we cant help you;go to the developer" email with the subject "Re: oh oh its her again."

Easy to navigate and read.
This is the most difficult to navigate app I have to put up with. It looks like it was set up by a graphic artist who never used the web. Please make it into something that can be useful!
